Things change quickly in college football. Denard Robinson was a near-unanimous leader in last week's Heisman Watch. But after he threw three interceptions in a loss to Michigan State, Boise State's Kellen Moore has taken over the top spot.
The Broncos quarterback was one of four players to receive first-place votes, showing how close the race is at this point. Moore, who has thrown for 14 scores, has 37 total points.
His closest competitor is Oregon's LaMichael James. The Ducks running back is the nation's leading rusher at 169.6 yards per game. James is five points back at 32.
Robinson slots into the third spot with 30 points. He gets the chance to change the momentum of his sub-par performance this week against No. 14 Iowa.
Terrelle Pryor of Ohio State is also in the mix at 28 points. The quarterback has led the Buckeyes to the No. 1 ranking. Like Robinson, he faces a tough test in the Big Ten at Wisconsin.
There is a large separation from the leading quartet with Auburn's Cameron Newton and Stanford's Andrew Luck occupying the fifth and sixth positions, respectively.
